Jade Buffet - Collinsville

The food is delicious and any time I'm there, they never seem to be out of exactly what I'm craving. I love that it's never too crowded during times I need to get lunch in the middle of my work day. The food is seasoned well, never too much or not enough. Also note that whomever is at the front desk is always greeting the customers with a smile which makes it more welcoming. I will continue to patronize this establishment.

Really good food. I was pleasantly surprised because you don't always know what you are going to get with a buffet. Grilled salmon, coconut shrimp, wide variety of sushi, frog legs, amazing ribs, excellent crab Rangoon that melts in your mouth, and don't forget dessert. So glad this opened!

Great food, seasoned well, quick replacement of empty trays. Staff members are very visual and active on the floor. I am truly in awe with the frog legs and other seafood too.

This was a wonderful find. All the food I had was great. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Everything was clean. Whether you're looking for Asian or a more American flare of food, there will be some choices there. Come and enjoy.

It was our first time eating here. They had a lot of different options to pick from, especially the sushi bar. They definitely had more rolls out than other buffets I’ve been to before. All the food was hot and fresh. The staff was super friendly.

Have been wanting to try this Chinese buffet since they opened, and finally got a chance today. It looks like it used to be a Golden Corral a bit on the outside but the inside is really nice and completely remodeled. Everything was very clean and neat and the staff were very friendly and fast. I had my drink offered to be refilled 3 times and it was right at noon on a busy Saturday. I’m very picky so I only tried the fried rice , lo mein, general tso’s chicken, pepper chicken, honey chicken, crab Rangoon, and egg rolls. My son had pretty much every sushi item they had as well. Everything I had was take away or order in quantity and delicious and very fresh. The sushi was prepared in a way that there was only a small amount being put out at any one time so it was always fresh. Pepsi products. Sweet and sour soup and egg drop, a huge desert bar and just a tremendous variety at a great price.

Today, my family and I went to Jade buffet around noon. The food was fresh and hot! Our waiter was very attentive and the atmosphere was clean! Very nice selections of food choices. I would highly recommend! Military and Senior discounts were available and pricing was reasonable.

Honestly, I've been looking forward to visiting this place ever since I was notified of its opening. The prices are standard for a buffet, the food is pretty good. I highly recommend the butter shrimp and the chicken teriyaki. The pot stickers, crab rangoon, and egg rolls all tasted fresh and delicious. There are other items that are rather good but these were the ones that really stood out for me. I'd say that the sushi they have there is fantastic and I wish I could have had more but I was so full from trying everything I could. I will most certainly be coming back, not just for the food, but for the speedy service too. My cup did not stay empty for long and refills were speedy, tables were cleared of plates quickly, and as I was walking up and down the buffet line, I happened to notice that employees were maintaining a clean environment. I absolutely respect that this place cares about maintaining their quality and standards. I hope that this place stays open for a very long time and I am glad to have found another solid place to eat.
